The staff are amazing, very understanding, supportive and have been able to make progress with our son more than we as parents have. I have also been able to access advice on our son’s behalf to find a way to improve his quality of life and build a future around his needs.

Beyond grateful to my worker Louise who has been a rock to me and my daughter who has multiple disabilities and needs.

The support for me to help me fill in forms or advice on schools and equipment. Nothing is ever to much trouble to ask. Harry liked coming to play with the sensory stuff which I then had to buy for at home. It’s good to see him use things that help him.

I am not a confident person I’m not good with filling in forms or even understanding them. But Ann spent many weeks helping me and telling me what evidence I need to get for Harry’s dla form and he was awarded it.

Ann was very helpful and pro active when we were going through the paper work for our PIP assessment claim thank you so much.

Provided a regular place for our son to visit which he enjoys, help with claiming benefits that we were unaware of, knowing that other families are going through similar experiences with autism has felt less isolating.
